Have been trying to schedule a repair for months. The receptionist is the only person who answers the phone here. She transfers you to voicemail every time. Nobody EVER returns a call. EVER!!! I have been told the GM was going to call me several times but I have never received one call back. Crappy service!!

If I could give a lower review I would. We bought a 32’ Forest River-Sunseeker and have had several issues water leaks and water damage. They took it once and thought they fixed it and did a terrible job which needs to go back to repair that. Well we still have water leaks and water damage inside. Plus they had it for 6 months for repair. I have been communicating with the manufacturer. Horrible customer service!!!! It was so bad that I had to go down there to talk to someone after leaving 7-9 messages.

My initial purchasing experience was acceptable. Unfortunately, the lack of support and responsiveness has completely tarnished my positive impression. I purchased a Thor Rize 18G from Lazydays RV and immediately encountered several issues that were not due to user error. These problems have affected our ability to use the class B so I promptly reported the problem and brought the RV in for service.
