This is my 4th camper. As most of us know owning a new camper is fun but also has endeavors. Working out the kinks can be frustrating! From going to multiple service center across the country. We purchased our RV on March 7, 2026, and what should have been an exciting experience quickly turned into months of frustration, poor communication, and broken promises. From the very beginning, communication was inconsistent. We were asked to choose a pin box shortly after purchase, but no one followed up. This is 1 star too many for these guys! These sales managers ( Josh Tarro) will lie to your face with no shame! Go on down the road to a more reputable company!

Avoid this location if you can. They took over Lazyday. It greatly inherited all the issues from Lazyday. Nothing improveK: from the part department, the service department to warranty department. They blamed each other all the time. Service department blamed the warranty department overloaded. The part department received the parts and did not bother to invoice. Then the service department did not know the parts were come in. Don't ever wait for the service advisor to call you back. Get to be proactive to contact them to fo... read more
