We purchased our rig from the lazy days in Longmont co. Warranty work was / is terrible and like other post, they keep your rig and do nothing…lazy is right! Terrible service and the turnover with staff is just as bad. They will tell you they have had a lot of turn over so they are working on getting it done. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING was done on our rig for months AND SHEN WE PICKED IT UP, well, staffing issues was the response! They drag out warranty work until it is out of warranty, yes years. Never trust this business! We found a camper that we wanted to buy. I make 80k a year and my partner makes 40k yearly. We have almost zero debt and excellent credit scores. We have no monthly rent or utilities, plus we have a lot of money in the bank. The sales person Jeff and the finance dept. told us that we didn’t qualify for the loan? When we spoke to them they said it might be a mistake and they would call back. We never heard from them and they won’t return our calls. I would give them negative stars if I could. If you want a high quality fifth wheel that the company will stand behind, do not buy one from them. They have had our brand new fifth wheel for the last year to do warranty repairs. It has been one excuse after another. They swapped the fridge out without our consent, their latest demonstration of not caring since we had already told them we didn’t want the fridge they offered.
