Was looking at purchasing a used fifth wheel from lazy days. Got approved for the loan from an outside financial institution, was excited about the unit and decided to get an inspection done from a 3rd party rv inspector. Not even 15 mins into his inspection he found floor rot on both bedroom slides and in the cargo area.
