Lazybones Laundry & Storage is Awesome! I have had nothing but great experiences with Lazybones. My laundry is picked up weekly and delivered next day. The clothes always comes back smelling freshly laundered and I have no complaints. Highly Recommend!
This company tried to rip me off! I would not reccommend lazy bones. They offer a service where they come and pick up your laundry and wash it for you. I was backed up with a lot of laundry and up to my ears in studying, so I gave them a call. i was not satisfied with how my clothes turned out. My whites especially did not look clean and some of my clothes still had spots on them--it looked like they hadn't even been washed! How did I live without Lazybones? I send Lazybones my laundry once a week. It's been almost a year. I couldn't go back. I don't know what happened to you, Luther B. Maybe your clothes were super dirty? Also, don't take those emails personally. I got the same emails my first month with them, but I was never overcharged or anything. They just hadn't processed my account yet. They still did my laundry though!
Unprofessional and not trust worthy!! The most unprofessional company I have ever had experience with. I highly do not recommend using them. I had furniture I put into storage and while signing the invoice I took out insurance on ALL my furniture with their representative ok-ing it. After three weeks of being in storage when they moved everything into my new place every piece of furniture including my $350 dresser and my bed frame was damaged.
