Lazy wheels Mobile home Park Has been very poorly managed for the past six (6) years The manager here now is only given 20 hours per week compensation and needs to work other jobs to make ends meet, The Management (owners) have been neglectfull and unhearing of our needs.. The Garbage situation is a terrible mess, most times spilling over. more likley than not because the ownership allows day care businesses and multi family living, They deny this but, being an on site person I witness it every day. I would like to rate this park a 3 because at its age and the age of the mobiles it would be hard to ever be a 4 or 5. This does not mean it is a BAD park. If the residents upgrade and start bringing in new homes or following the appearance regulations perhaps a 4. It can never be a 5 star place with a swimming pool, play ground, gated entry, large yards, etc. but it is unique and eclectic and a rare relic from the past.
