We rented the 23-foot Sweetwater Pontoon on Saturday this weekend. Reservations were easy to do online. On the day of the reservations, Seth's staff was excellent and knowledgeable. They went over the pontoon, making sure everything was in order in a timely manner, and had us out on the water in no time. Our experience could have been better. My husband really wanted to fish. We planned this for a couple weeks and he took off work to spend the day on the lake. We got to our first stop and after checking everywhere on boat we realized there was no anchor. We texted our dockhand and he stated that they forgot to put one on the boat. So everytime we stopped the boat just spun around continously and would of course try to drift inward. It was pretty aggravating and my husband finally just quit even trying. It started out as a great trip. We experienced a few minor issues. However, Seth, the owner came to our rescue. has excellent customer customer service. Despite the small hick up, I will definitely come back and recommend this place to anybody.
