Every year I attend most lazy Sunday afternoon events. I usually avoid Jazz, but otherwise attend every other event weather permitting. I have thoroughly enjoyed these events. They are well organised and really quite terrific. Previous years the event has run from 3 pm -4:30 pm. This is terrific Sunday afternoon time-slot.
