These people must be out of business. They will gladly take your payment, and you will never hear from them again. Had a friend go by their business location, and it is a house that looks empty. They do have a trailer in the driveway that looks like it hasn't moved in a long time. Sucks to get scammed.
I have been using Lazy Rider bags for 16 years, and have just purchased my 4th!!! NOT because they wear out.....but because I keep giving them to family members and getting a new one!!!! Phenomenal product, with amazing attention to detail and quality. The upgrades to the hardware are amazing!!! Such a quality bag and makes my longer rides so much more comfortable!!! I have even made the mistake of purchasing a bag from that OTHER company once (only because I got it used, and at a ridiculous low price), but quickly corrected... read more
