There is NOTHING luxurious about this mobile home park. They are nothing but FEMA trailers that they con ppl into buying, then when you FINALLY pay the high interest mobile home off, they force you to stay there and start paying $650 a month lot rent. This park used to be owned by Mr. English and it was very affordable lot rent, only $270.00 a month. Then in in 2018 it was bought out by a big corporation and they literally rob ppl of thousands of dollars by selling them junk FEMA trailers that they charge si much interest on... read more
These people are scammers they scammed an elderly couple. They took their money and then didn’t deliver the house that only that they sold it to somebody else, even though the elderly couple already had a contract in their hand. Then they lied gave them the runaround and refused to give their money back do not believe the sales people they will scam you
I want to thank Yolanda our new Property Management for providing quick and prompt service. It's nice for once to call and she either answers immediately or returns my phone call promptly. She was a big help in getting me my online payments. Five stars for Yolanda
