Everything about this place is wrong, which explains why it was nearly empty on a Friday night. The lighting is harsh, there was no discernible music and the overall vibe screamed shopping mall food court. Two of the five starters we ordered weren't available, the pizza was soggy, the calamari likewise and they got the order wrong. The staff were nice and handled it well but we won't be going back
brilliant time at LJ tonight!! food was spectacular and special shout out to Manageress Trixi who was so attentive and helpful really made our evening special
Great food
I came here for breakfast, on the basis of having read reviews and thought it rated very well. I ordered the eggs Benedict and a pot of tea. Our waitress was very polite, no problem there. However my eggs were hard poached not soft and runny. My sourdough toast was hardly toasted, the ham was ok but there was not much hollandaise sauce and was topped off with some very wilted pea shoots. All in all not impressed. Won’t be coming here again.
Wow 🤩 we had such a lovely meal, food was absolutely delicious (7 family members). Trixxi the Manageress was so attentive and accommodating, the chefs were great. Thank you so much Lazy Jacks, booked to go back later in the week 😀
