I photographed a wedding here nearly two years ago and it was beautiful! The scenary is unique and makes a glorious backdrop for any wedding. Rooms were clean, pool was maintained and just a pleasure to stay at.
Our wedding was beautiful at this lodge. The environment in and around this lodge has no match. We had time to prepare, experience and relax. The perfect example of a Lodge N the Mountains. We will never forget this.
I didn’t know what to expect after the journey to the Lazy H, but man was it worth it! We went there to attend a wedding and got to enjoy the Ranch for a few days prior to the event. The pond was epic and the naturally heated swimming pool was excellent! We really enjoyed our time. It was a beautiful experience to be off grid in such a beautiful place. Highly recommended!
It's very clean but a bit rundown. The groundskeeper is great and the communication was good. My mom rented the facility for a family reunion and said she'd give the facility 5 stars, but this is my opinion. We visited in August. If you're coming from Boise, do yourself a favor and come via Idaho City NOT through Mountain Home! The MTN Home route is half an hour faster but the dirt road was full of hairpin turns and was too narrow to pass for MILES. Everyone who went that route rode their breaks most of the last 1.5 hours.
