It's very clean but a bit rundown. The groundskeeper is great and the communication was good. My mom rented the facility for a family reunion and said she'd give the facility 5 stars, but this is my opinion. We visited in August. If you're coming from Boise, do yourself a favor and come via Idaho City NOT through Mountain Home! The MTN Home route is half an hour faster but the dirt road was full of hairpin turns and was too narrow to pass for MILES. Everyone who went that route rode their breaks most of the last 1.5 hours. I've had the pleasure of photographing two weddings at the Lazy H Ranch, and I'm continuously impressed what is possible at this property. It's pretty incredible to have 50 of your closest friends or family able to stay onsite and completely disconnect into nature. The outdoor ceremony location is breathtaking. And there's so much to do during your visit; endless trails, a natural hot spring pool/hot tube and a private lake with kayaks to name a few.
