The place is not very clean and mostly poorly maintained. The little amusement park for children is just a ruin. The owner is dishonest. For the well-being of your family, find another place to stay. 0 star no more !!!!
Great place to winter, all expenses paid. Clean. Likes pets.
This was a great find for anyone looking to move to Maine during the months of winter. All the utilities are included, and it seemed like a steal. My husband and I moved there hoping to be there until May, but his team ended up putting us up in a place closer to both of our jobs, and a real apartment. Unfortunately, we had to leave LGC early, and break our contract. We did not put this in writing as requested by the lease two weeks in advance.
