I work as a driver for a moving company. Storage and rentals are always needed for me. Ms. Josette welcomed me with hospitality and generosity soon as I walked through the doors. She was very informational and also helpful with all of my questions and concerns. No issues whatsoever and is the best customer service I’ve had EVER ! with U-Haul. This woman is the sweetest! 10/10 highly recommended!! !!!!!!

Absolutely great experience here at this Uhaul location! Rented a truck, got there and the lady at the desk was super helpful and kind. Dropped the truck off the next day on Sunday (closed) and it was super easy. Highly recommend this location!

Josette is by far the best manager I have ever dealt with! We had issues at another location & she swooped in and fixed everything! I had given up on Uhaul & had considered changing over to Budget or Penske to get better service. She was extremely accommodating. Helped us with our truck rental & saved the weekend! Moving is a stressful time & she settled my nerves & changed the whole experience! WILL ONLY DEAL WITH THIS LOCATION IN THAT AREA! AMAZING & WONDERFUL ASSETT TO YOUR COMPANY!
