Josette is by far the best manager I have ever dealt with! We had issues at another location & she swooped in and fixed everything! I had given up on Uhaul & had considered changing over to Budget or Penske to get better service. She was extremely accommodating. Helped us with our truck rental & saved the weekend! Moving is a stressful time & she settled my nerves & changed the whole experience! WILL ONLY DEAL WITH THIS LOCATION IN THAT AREA! AMAZING & WONDERFUL ASSETT TO YOUR COMPANY!
Do NOT go to this place unless you want to deal with an attitude problem. Went in here trying to inquire about renting a truck and no one wanted to help. Spoke with A lady named Josie and she was no help, she gave me an attitude, when I asked her a question she didn't even look at me and mumbled under her breath. Don't waste your time going here to deal with people like her go down the street to the other Buford location where they are much helpful!

Amazing location on the lake!! Perfect for storing small boats, jet skis, golf carts and anything for your boat. Very clean. Easy access. They even have a gate that goes directly in to the marina!
Man! I can’t tell you enough how amazing Brittney is! Professional, courteous, and willing to help with whatever need I have. Always a smile, and warm greeting. She really makes this location special. Thanks Brittney!
