BUYER BEWARE - Strongly recommend avoiding purchasing with Porchlight Homes. Purchased a house middle of 2021 and had multiple AC issues within 12 months of purchase. Total of 7 different times the vendor came and provided unsatisfactory resolutions over 12 months , including leaving property for weeks with no AC. Porchlight provided no assistance and just referred me to the vendor, despite the complexity of the issues and that I had purchased from them.
