Shela is an amazing person and massage therapist. I have known her for years and would gladly recommend her to anyone who values, literally, the power of touch and comfort from healing hands.
I have experienced healing in a whole new level with Shela. This craniosacral therapy was new to me and I will make it part of my wellness routine from now on because my body responded so good to it. I have been a client for several years. I first started seeing Shela for my back pain when she was located near my home in the east valley. I continue with my weekly massage therapy at Lazuli Healing because Shela is the only massage therapist who has been able to eliminate the back pain that has plagued me for years. If that alone wasn’t enough, my posture is better and my digestion and sleep are better, and I have a better range of motion.
