place is really nice for the area
Constantly making mistakes. How do you have someone “added” to the lease YET forget to have them sign all the legal documents??? And no apology is issued it’s just wow yeah no it’s not on the lease that’s so crazy. Crazy? How about you guys do your job and train new people correctly so everyone else doesn’t get messed up. Ridiculous can’t even believe this was able to happen
I called the leasing office to set up a 2pm tour on Saturday and got all the way there and had to wait 20 minutes. I had to call them, just to be told that they don't tour on Saturday's. Why wasn't this told to me before arriving I don't know. First impression shows a lot, which makes me think if they can't communicate with someone who was interested in moving, how are they communicating with their tenants. Ranked by most concerned issue: 1. Cockroach found in unit, no pest control showed up so far (5 days) 2. Rats found in parking garage 3. Some random guy always set up his mobile car wash station on weekends, blocking part of the first floor driveway potential safety hazard
