Full on Manhattan rate chart. Deficient service. The attendent took 8 pictures before taking the car in. Which is fine. But no one attendant was around when we returned, well within predetermined timeline. Waited ~15 minutes in sweltering heat for someone to show up. If they charge prime rates (including $24 for SUV), service should match.
Liegt direkt nach dem Lincoln Tunnel. Aber!! Parkplatz ist im schlechten Zustand und man bekommt nur mit Glück einen. Als wir ankammen war die Einfahrt gesperrt, erst nach dem wir den Parkwächter fragten, durften wir es versuchen. Bei der Auffahrt kein Hinweis des es voll ist.
We park in this parking lot for few ours 12/21/2025. Three hour later found two broken windows of my car stole a backpack and my 4 year old daughter iPad which we had to stay out in the cold. This garage is advertise as secure and safe and none of the floor garage has cameras only in the bottom floor which is crazy. Please don’t park here idk who will break into cars maybe same employee or they have no notice that people that gets into garage. Photos below shows how I had to plastic down windows to get home.
