My only child, age 32 yrs old died by suicide in 2014. This dr was cruel to me when she finally after several attempts asking to c her or talk by phone. 9 months later she phoned me , right away told me id never see my child's file, did not even convey " sorry for your greatest loss and was very quick and short with me. I been a patient for many years with maintenance for arthritis but this week I needed an appointment quickly. The kind ladies booking his appointments got me in within several days. Dr Lazavoski accessed my issues and addressed them. I feel so much better. He was very good to answer my questions too. He was so patient and we had good conversation while I was there.
