I have the monthly pass. Ive never had a problem with the washes. And when I had questions every employee I encounter is extremely helpful and nice. Super great way to do business. Saves my van from falling apart all while being decent human beings.
I got a free month of car washes when I got my car at a local place. This lady put a sticker on my car. I drove up 3 times and it never worked. Yay my free washes end tomorrow. I wanted to call but then I thought if they can't activate me in the system, then maybe I'll just keep going somewhere else.
I put $1.25 in the vacuum cleaner machine & it never turned on. I tried calling multiple times in order to get my money back, no answer. Unprofessional.
Employees were very rude!
