Absolutely SUPERB customer service and product completion! Was in town from out-of-state for our son's wedding, which was on a Friday night. Mid-day Thursday we bought a pair of beautiful champagne glasses and wanted them engraved with the wedding couples' names and the date of the wedding. Brought them to Lazer Designs --- great help with choosing a font and great pricing. A few hours later received a text and a phone call that the glasses were ready to be picked up....wow! The Lazer Design crew helped me with a last minute, same day order and their work was beautiful!! Very grateful for their urgency helping me with my request.
