I love Rita’s work and her customer service but the front desk women made me not want to come back unfortunately. I recommended my mom to come here for her first time getting a lip flip and it was not exciting. I wanted my mom to have a good experience but the front desk lady was rude and had no enthusiasm at all, not a smile or any conversation skills.
