Very busy, but got through quickly. Only problem is the dryer doesn't dry your vehicle enough. I luckily brought a towel with & dried of my car.

This is the 2nd time I'm using and having the same problem with their air vacuum outside, which turns on when you put money in there but it is not sucking anything and wasn't removing any dirt from my car. I immediately knocked on their office door to get some help or try to get my money back but the guy in there saw me but ignored me. So I started cleaning my car carpets with my bare hands. Just washed my truck with “ Top Dog” wash, and some how it looks worse then when it then when it was dirty. I will never go back there again, nor would I ever recommend this place!!!! What a waste of time and money, no attendant, no contact number for customer service. This place does not give a tinkers dink about customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Car wash didn't wash off the dust on bottom portion of my vehicle. I used the most expensive wash and my tires didn't even get clean. Person there said maybe because of road construction I had harder to clean dirt on my car. I was treated like I either didn't know what I was talking about or not telling the truth!!!

Car still had dirt all over after paying $12 for touch free. Considering evey place costs about the same and actually does the job I expect atleast similar quality. I wouldn't even pay $4 for what I got, had to go home and clean it by hand as it actually looks worse after. Go anywhere but here, the state of the building and equipment should of been enough warning that they dont care.
