I was interested in Lazeo Aesthetics! I’ve been trying to book an appointment for Laser Hair Removal for about 3 weeks. I’ve called 3 times it’s an automated system. No Response or Call Back. I’ve also tried walking in the times I’ve gone it’s Closed. After reading the reviews everything makes sense. Unprofessional

Horrible Customer Service!! I had been doing laser hair removal. I bought a 6 session package & Paid in FULL. Now I’m on my 4 session I get a message the day of my appointment "our laser machine is down, we’ll reach out to reschedule" it’s now been almost 2 months no response. My last appointment was March 26. I have called 3 times and have texted 2 phone numbers from the med spa. No one has reached out or returned a call. But the med spa is active on their Instagram Stories doing clients laser’s hair removal!!

I've been trying other places and finally found my favorite, Lazeo Aesthetics. The place is cozy and I loved the laser machine, but the treatment and professionalism with which they work is extraordinary. Ashley and Sam truly dedicate their time to each treatment. I recommend it 1000%. Unfortunately, I didn't take before and after photos, but if I could show you, you'd be surprised.
