Found this company online. I wanted to support small business in my town. I made an appointment online and got both a confirmation email and text. When I arrived to the location, I waited outside for 15 minutes trying to get let in. I called the number listed 3 times with no answer. Finally someone was leaving and let me in. When I got in there was no Lazarus Spa. I asked someone who worked in another suite and they said Lazarus Spa HASNT BEEN OPEN FOR 2 YEARS!!!!!! But still ran my credit card and sent confirmation details.... read more

Will is professional, respectful, and courteous. I am newer to massage and immediately felt at ease. He greeted me at the door and services began shortly after. He ensured I was comfortable throughout the service without disrupting my relaxation. The spa is clean and the sound machine and atmosphere put me into the appropriate head space. I have only gone to big chains prior which had me feeling like another number on their list. Will personalized the experience to suit me as an individual.
