I have used Lazarus Remodel a few times now for multiple scopes of work. I will ONLY use them and nobody else. I recommend them to any and everyone that needs work done. When I bought my new house, we had a ton of electrical work that needed done. Rick made sure that we had the information we needed with fair pricing. I strongly recommend Rick Lazarus and his team for any work you may need on your house. They are friendly, responsive, and dedicated to doing things right. When Rick came to review what needed to be painted, he made sure to caulk things himself so that the surfaces would be ready when the painter, Tony, got there.
