Their “time reset” bs is a blatant scam. Park anywhere but here, support is unhelpful and will unreasonably charge you.
My family parked at this garage for the 2025 Jazz and Rib Festival. I reserved a space in the garage to attend the event on the 28th of July. I want to acknowledge two of your employees for going above and beyond in providing exceptional service for myself and my family when we needed assistance. Easy in and out. Easy to pay. I'm glad that no app was needed.
I was parked there for a little over 3 hours. 2:42pm to 5:50pm. I was supposed to be charged 9.00. According to the prices. I got charged 20.00 instead. I felt i got ripped off. Good parking, but misleading on prices. I will never use this parking garage again.
