Their “time reset” bs is a blatant scam. Park anywhere but here, support is unhelpful and will unreasonably charge you.
My family parked at this garage for the 2025 Jazz and Rib Festival. I reserved a space in the garage to attend the event on the 28th of July. I want to acknowledge two of your employees for going above and beyond in providing exceptional service for myself and my family when we needed assistance. The two employees I wish to acknowledge are Brittany Glass, Facilities Manager and a young male parking attendant named Kevin. Sincerely, Carolyn Nye
