Quick relatively painless visit with no issues so far 3 months out. Front desk staff was also incredibly helpful the few times I needed to reach out with them. No regrets with my choice here.
Dr. Lazarou was nice during the brief interactions with him. However the front office administrator is rude -- was belittled when inquiring about some charges on my bill. Wouldn't recommend.
I have been going to Dr. Lazarou office for the past 8 years. I go there for testosterone and get it every three months. I have never had any issues with the staff, all are very friendly and easy to talk to. Place is nice and clean, your also in and out of there in no time. * Update 4 years later- Still friendly staff, easy procedure, sometime someone else do the procedure but they are all well trained, or have done it at another practice. In and out in 20 mins.
My husband has been seeing Dr. Lazarou for the past 5 years. We have nothing bad to say about Dr. Lazarou but the practice is very poorly run and the front office staff can be quite rude. They said they "don't have time" to do prior authorizations, so my husband was unable to get a medicine through insurance. So now he has stopped taking a medication that was helping him. secretary was rude, pushy, made me feel rather stupid for not knowing insurance questions. but the doctor did a fantastic job, no pain, fast, on time, all good.
