Horrendous They will bust your car, break your windows and tail lights, then they will blame you and take no responsibility. Don’t take your car here. It’s safer on the street in Harlem.

This review is not reflective of the staff Edwin & Steve, the two attendants that I interact with the most are great. My major complaint is Laz as a company, they rip off their patrons. They require a 30 day notice to terminate a subscription. However, if you provide 30 days written notice, on the 17th of the month like I did, they charge you the entire next month. They do not prorate the subscription. I think I'll have to check with City of NY or Attorney General's office to inquire if this is even legal. Parking in NYC as ... read more

Worst parking experience ever. The manager Eddie doesn’t realize his customers are grown adults and not children. Pulled up where the sign indicated and got out. Eddie starts complaining that I didn’t pull up close enough to the wall. When I stated to Eddie that it was too early for him to be so angry and to speak to customers that way he just got louder.
