I reserved a spot through SpotHero for 6:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. but when I returned at 7 p.m. the lot demanded extra payment despite my valid reservation. I showed proof of my booking, but they still refused to release my car, so police were called. The officers said it was a civil matter. Under pressure, I paid $10 cash, and the attendant pocketed it. I believe this was a breach of contract and a shady practice. I strongly recommend avoiding this lot.

I booked a parking lot space for a week this guy was super disrespectful we had a whole argument no manners sad sorry to minimize problems because I knocked on door for his attention he was rude u don’t see me watching my movie like your working you should not be watching movies on tablet talking about personal life’s trying to come at me like how it go from simple trying to get his attention to him disrespecting me

Horrendous They will bust your car, break your windows and tail lights, then they will blame you and take no responsibility. Don’t take your car here. It’s safer on the street in Harlem.
