Black women beware! Very racist all male staff. Claimed my cards did not work when they did and sent me to an atm to give them cash to retrieve my car. Will never park here again and car was dented trying to leave as I received no assistance from staff including refusing to move other cars so I could get out. Felt very unsafe as a women and very disrespected I believe due to my race.

Monday 08-10 at 6:00 pm We parked our car to go explore the Brooklynn bridge, the staff looked at us and asked us if we can pay the 44$, kinda of underestimating us which is so rude . about 30 minutes later we had to come back to the parking to get the car because we experienced a bad thunderstorm. Trash garage. Late by 10 minutes and they are trying to overcharge 50 dollars for a 50 dollar reservation. DO NOT COME TO PARK. Would give negative stars for this bullshit.

I don't recommend it. They charged us more than what they had told us at the beginning.

I don't recommend it. We were told to wait a moment to park; then the owner supposedly arrived, told us to move, and treated us like trash. He shouted at us very aggressively and spoke very rudely to my daughter. When I asked him what his problem was, he threatened to hit me. He kept yelling that he was the owner and telling us to get lost.
