You should have someone on duty during peak hours to manage the situation. When the garage is already full, no more cars should be allowed in. Instead of continuously collecting fees and letting more cars in, which leads to overcrowding and congestion! Many vehicles are even parked illegally on the driving lanes! Kind of terrible. Ended up paying $21 for just under 4 hours on a Wednesday night. If I knew it was going to be this expensive, I would've parked in skyview. I asked an employee how much valet parking was compared to self-park and was told that it was the same. Clearly not.
