Showed up right on time to pick up my car, waited 7-8 minutes for them to bring it around, and then—surprise!—was charged an extra $18 for pulling out late. They wouldn't budge on this either. Just a warning to anyone out there to show up well before you're supposed to leave, because they will LEAVE YOU ON THE HOOK!
Pretty scummy place, took the Penn state magnet off my car. Don’t go here.
