Apparently, there's a problem here that the local authorities should address because this place is huge and they only have one employee. On Saturday, October 3rd, I had to wait 1 hour and 15 minutes to get my car. There was no staff present until they arrived in a golf cart. They also charged extra for the size of the car and didn't deduct the hour I had to wait. This is disrespectful; I don't recommend them.
Showed up right on time to pick up my car, waited 7-8 minutes for them to bring it around, and then—surprise!—was charged an extra $18 for pulling out late. They wouldn't budge on this either. Just a warning to anyone out there to show up well before you're supposed to leave, because they will LEAVE YOU ON THE HOOK!
Pretty scummy place, took the Penn state magnet off my car. Don’t go here.
