Very friendly staff but it’s one person , small suv charge , you have to go prepared to wait 15-25 minutes so they can bring your car to you , price is high
I’m very disappointed at the service at this location. I was service by an old man. He couldn’t even understand me. I came to pick up my car after a long day and he didn’t know what to do. Also, he was by himself on a rush time. I will suggest please don’t let him by himself. This is very sad. I won come here anymore!!
The service is slow because there's only one person working. I had to wait 10-15 minutes, as did several other customers, and it's not the first time this has happened to me. Even to pick up my car, I've had to wait 20-30 minutes, and then the person tells me I have to pay for the whole day because I was 7 minutes late. It's a mess.
Smh…Very disappointing experience. I had to wait around 35–45 minutes just to get my car because there was only one employee handling multiple vehicles. They should definitely have more employees working, especially when they have several cars to take care of. Customers should not have to wait that long just to get their vehicle back. I paid around $72 for parking, and even though I arrived about 15 minutes before my reservation ended, I was still charged extra. Would never come back to this parking place ever, I came to these garage and the guy works there was great but its only one person for 500 cars, I arrived 30 minutes before my time and I waited 45 minutes!!! And got charged for full day 59 but I have a CRV and Their system value my car as oversize! I can’t believe it I paid 74 dollars because it went over 12 minutes which wasn’t my fault because I arrived early!! This place is a red flag and poor guy that works there like slave. I don’t recommend this place
