cheap pricing. my only issue is that you get locked out of the garage if you do not bring ur ticket with you. it requires the ticket to go into elevator/stairs and the gate is closed. customer service was closed when i got back to my car. i spent about 45 minutes waiting until someone was leaving the garage to which i ran theough the gate before it closed. i would come back again but i just wish there was a better warning or something to know to bring ur ticket with you. the sign is so small and not too noticeable
Easy to find, decent rates, and plenty of available spaces! I used the chargers, and didn't get nearly as much of a charge as I expected, so I still had to run over to the EVGo after, but that could have been because of the temperature. I love that the doors lock, and you need your ticket to get back in!

There did nothing wrong with to, a lot of room, not poorly mateniced and dimly light
The entrance and exit lanes are really narrow and a Ford F-150 just barely makes it through. Otherwise, everything else is great. Deducting 1 star for the narrow access.
