They are worst staff ever No respectable customer service with very mean and rude behavior They act as if they are the bosses to the parking It’s the worst customer service I have ever seen
Trash. Terrible service and damaged my car a bit
Please go to the garage parkings that are next to this one. Or park anywhere but AVOID this place. Waiting for 30 minutes because the valet guy took forever help out other people and because of those 30 minutes we were over the one hour mark and they charged us for 2 hours even though we were waiting for 30 minutes for our car. Bad horrendous and rude service. DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE GO TO THE PARKINGS NEXT DOOR.
Do not park here. The parking attendants lack skill and they cannot park a car yet they insist on parking the car for you. They severely damaged my vehicle in less than 24 hrs. The only silver lining is that they admitted fault because the damage was so obvious and are willing to privately settle the damages. It has taken me a lot of my own time to go through the process. Do yourself a favor and look at the ratings and other comments. Avoid this place at all costs.
Clean facility. Reasonable rates for the area. Attendants polite, efficient. No validation discount from Queens Crossing merchants
