if you’re going to host all this parking for an event the size of the rose bowl?? GET TRAFFIC CONTROL. your team lacks direction and it was not efficient at all. Squeezing people just to cross to the point where they’re on the street with incoming cars trying to get to a destination quickly. Next time just get the police department involved since THEY have some actual authoritative traits. Your staff is unreliable. The closer you park to the shuttle, the more difficult it is to get there. Do better.

I’ve had a monthly parking pass here for years. Today, I made the mistake of leaving my pass in another bag at home while rushing to a Dr appt. When I pressed the intercom for help, Denise Ruiz who is apparently a manager refused to let me out unless I ran back in the rain to get my pass. She said there was nothing that I could do to get out even if I was willing to pay, and had the most condescending and snarky attitude, lecturing me about the contract I signed with the parking garage.
