Terrible staff. This interaction happened today around 3:30 PM. I work at a hospital in boston so I get a discount on the parking fee. I had accidentally lost the ticket that you get when going into the garage from the kiosk they have. So when leaving the garage I clicked a button on the kiosk that said lost ticket and it tried to charge me over a thousand dollars for just losing a small ticket.
