Horrible. Wait time was too long- I spent around 1 hour trying to get in!!!! Upon entering, I spent another 30 mins waiting for the valet... I paid $45 for parking (objectively not bad for NY), but we couldn't leave for another hour after paying because of the man-made traffic at the parking garage exit. The traffic was 4 cars long and it took an hour to reach the exit anyway. The worst part was that they charged an additional $25 "late fee" even though it wasn't us exiting late- it was literally impossible to get to the exi... read more
