The entry price was quite confusing. The only option was $40 all-day. We were only parked for 2 hours. We ran the ticket on the way out, thinking it would probably correct, but it didn't. If you park here, pay online ahead of time.

My wife and I both work at UMMC and have had monthly parking passes to the Redwood Garage for many years. We have never had a problem with the parking arrangement until today. I needed a jump for my car battery, so roadside assistance had to briefly enter the garage. The attendant insisted that I pay for his entry, even though he was there for less than 10 minutes and didn’t park. She was unhelpful and completely unreasonable in trying to charge for a simple roadside assistance visit.
