Easy in and out at low cost
Scammers. I paid for parking from 6 to 11 PM today and when I checked my receipt, due to an error with the website the ticket was only for our 6 PM to 8 PM. I called customer support and they told me to place another ticket from 8 to 11 PM. I did this and I was denied an exit and they told me to pay the $20 at the gate and refund the ticket which was denied. in total, I have paid $40 for what was supposed to be a $10 ticket and so far they have refused to refund me, even though every mistake was on their own end.

This place charges you for even 10 minutes in the garage, and if you pull in during their "early bird", they charge you the $11 instead of the $5 they advertise for the first 20 minutes. Huge disappointment.
