Didn't know I needed my receipt to get back inside the building. The doors will lock you out. Lady at the front desk was incredibly rude for no reason when I needed help getting back in. Will never park here again, terrible experience.

Signs clearly read $8 parking for 1 hour. We were there for 55 minutes, and got charged $18 plus fees. Fun!

Generally positive experiences parking my car here, but rates have climbed (additional "fees") and not sure what the heck happened to the two electric charging stations which I used. Just went missing?

Easy to pay online. Pass on my phone worked fine. It has doors that open and close. Use your pass to enter back in the doors from the street. Safe parking. Close to Wahlburgers. Rocket Arena in walking distance.

I’ll take some personal responsibility for this too but I went over my 2 day parking reservation by 13 minutes and got charged a late fee of like $19 after tax and everything. No grace period or pro-rated fee so that was incredibly frustrating and unnecessary. It was challenging getting back into the garage since it’s below some apartments/hotel and all the doors were locked. It did feel safe and secure though.
