Have had an open insurance claim with them for well over a month. I have not been able to get ahold of anyone through multiple channels (phone, email, etc..). All phone numbers lead to dead end voice messages. This company says they are "People First" ... as long as they aren't their paying customers.

Rude people that work here. Kennedy is the manager. 0 pleasantries in speaking with her. No protection in this garage. Homeless people always inside in people’s cars and asking for money. 0 leniency if you ever forget your pass. Not even a 1 time courtesy. They charge over $100/month for parking but will charge you $20/day if you forget your pass. Trash.

Getting someone to email you text or call back is almost impossible, but it's not so impossible for them to charge you.... My 2014 was broken in back in January no one has gotten intouch with me yet about the stolen things the gargdoors were broken someone walked in the garage and broke in my car stealing over 200 dollars in belongings

My 2007 was broken into while under the care of Laz Valet Parking. That was 10 days ago. They still haven't paid the claim yet. This company is trash!
