My son is literally stuck in the parking lot RIGHT NOW, the gate wont open and NO ONE IS ANSWERING THE NUMBER AT THE COMMERCIAL STREET PARKING LOT SOMEONE NEEDS TO GET THERE AND OPEN ITNOW!!!!
the WORST experience ever. went to the one near north station and they told me it was $25 when i dropped my car off then made me pay $35 when i came back an hour later. they also took over 30 min to get my car and gave people who came after us their car before ours. i will never park here ever again.
Sketchy, the machine didn't give a ticket and the staff wouldn't help.
Staff is sketchy and argumentative. One of our vehicles was moved from the garage and was back outside the next day unlocked without I ticket. I don’t know what they were using it for. The staff openly tried to charge us for a second ticket after taking the ticket in the morning and claiming they didn’t. Overall very rude and not helpful.
Paid $33 on LAZ website to book spot early then had to pay another $50 to actually park. LAZ website did not mention anything about event parking at this location.
