Absolutely the worst parking lot ever. Be prepared to install the dash cam before deciding parking in this parking lot. The valet in the parking lot hit my car and lied about the incident and even the manager in the parking lot helped their staff lie as well. They marked the new happened accident secretly after I left the parking lot so they tried to hide that. After showing the dash footage, they had to accept the liability, why didn’t they just accept that at first?! Worst parking lot and worst and dishonest staff!
The attendant refused to let me take my car. Put simply, he refused to do his only job. He also “forgot” to mention that the garage was only open until 6pm so I almost missed the cutoff to get my car out before they closed. An overall terrible experience and I would not recommend this garage unless there were no other available parking spaces in the entire city!
Service was swift and easy. Shout out to Paul, who immediately informed us on garage time limitations/fees and was overall very nice.
Customer service is the worst. They never answer the phone and, they never call back. But, they'll take your $ with no problem and, don't provide you with your new permit. Terrible
