This lot is a trap. I regularly come to the area for food and the prices tend to be well under $20 for an hour at most lots/garages. Parked here and was on the phone with my grandma for about 15 minutes before getting out and scanning the code to pay. $117 on a Sunday in San Antonio for a minimum of 2 hours is beyond crazy, especially when there are no posted prices. TERRIBLE! We parked here while visiting SA. My husband paid using the QR code. By the time he had walked across the street the company had tried to process three separate amounts through our credit card. On the fourth charge our banked flagged it as fraud and froze our account. We received a letter saying we were in violation for not paying to park, in the amount of $102! This is ridiculous! We're willing to pay for the two hours we were there but not $102. We will never park in this lot again. COMPLETE SCAM!
PRRS patrols this lot. Even if you have paid with a QR and exit before time, they will ticket you over $100. Do not park in PRRS lots. Look at what they did in Denver.
This place sucks. We went across the street to eat BBQ and we got a notice of non compliance in the mail requesting $102 for less than an hour of parking.
Has option for Apple Pay on Website but doesn’t work by the time put in all the credit card information and pay 30 minutes gone by so now I only have an hour and 30 minutes. That’s how they get you because it’s as soon as you scan They put in the time you came not after you pay for it
