I paid for a monthly parking subscription with this service and have now been issued over 20 erroneous fines. The company is demanding nearly $2,000 in penalties and has threatened to tow my vehicle any time I park in one of their lots. Despite promptly submitting all required documentation clearly proving their errors, their only response has been a insulting $20 discount offer. Paid for parking and then received a $102 “non-compliance” fee afterward. Keep your receipts if you park here. Would not recommend. This is the first and last time I will be parking here.

This lot is a trap. I regularly come to the area for food and the prices tend to be well under $20 for an hour at most lots/garages. Parked here and was on the phone with my grandma for about 15 minutes before getting out and scanning the code to pay. $117 on a Sunday in San Antonio for a minimum of 2 hours is beyond crazy, especially when there are no posted prices.
