My family and I travelled to SA from the Gulf Coast for a Six Flags excursion. We wanted to visit the Alamo and Riverwalk as well. We parked at this lot and paid for four hours. We were 10 minutes over and received a $102 violation. When I contacted the third party company handling the notice they were intractable and would not reach a reasonable settlement. Yes, there was a violation and yes, a fee should be paid but $102 for 10 minutes over is beyond excessive. Please consider your options when you park here. My family and... read more

Absolutely DO NOT PARK HERE!. Disabled Vet in town for Air Force Graduation. Parked here to go get food. Paid for two hours. They start timing as soon as you pull off the street and end when you exit to the street. Was 10 mins over the 2 hours paid and they want $102. I will fight this until the end.

As many others have said, DO NOT PARK AT ANY LAZ PARKING LOT!! The kiosk was sun faded and barely legible, I paid for 3 hours and then received a $92 ticket from a 3rd party collections company in Colorado saying I only paid for 2 and we were there 2:20. The appeals process is a joke and we have DV plates, could have parked on the street for free
