This is a SCAM! The worst place you can park in NYC. They were extremely rude and OVERCHARGED me! If there is a place I could possibly avoid at any other time in my life, this would be the place. Awful.
So rude!!! Yes I know New Yorkers are known to be rude but when you are employed somewhere and deal with customers, change your attitude ! For the important part of this though for anyone that books here, if you stay here 7 days or longer, might as well do the monthly parking pass. Its cheaper. Anyways, drop your luggage off beforehand if you have a lot or have it ready because you don’t get to go back to your car to get your luggage once you drive in it.
