Very clean and safe feeling. But the elevators are very slow and usually one isn’t working. I pay for monthly parking and at least 2x a month the parking arm / scanner is broken. One day I waited for 30 minutes with customer service just trying to get out of the garage and they told me they didn’t have anyone on site, so I had to pay $30 to exit and request a refund, it’s been 2 weeks and no one has answered my emails or calls, still no refund. In my opinion this garage isn’t worth it anymore

Garage is always so clean and I feel safe walking through at night! Staff is always so helpful too.

So, the low parking rate through SpotHero was not worth the trouble. Google Maps takes you to a closed entrance and you’ll have to double around (the actual entrance is north of the transit center). We had an issue with our QR code allowing us in to the garage and then not letting us out. It took several attempts to get customer service at 1 am and after about twenty minutes we were finally released, but wow. Next time I’ll just pay $20 and park in a lot closer to NRG.
