We were staying at the Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor and purchased a parking reservation for a family friend who was attending an Orioles game with us. It worked out great for them and us to meet up prior to the game and saying goodbye at the end of the evening. We had no issues with the parking and the only real downside was the price, but for the location it was hard to say no.
Don't pay in advance you won't have a space! Zero is the correct star needed. Paid in advance for my son to park and when he arrives they tell him the garage is full. Spoke to the garage immediately and they tell me they can't control the garage being full. They don't care about the inconvenience they caused, even told me sometimes people book months in advance and are turned away.
