My car was towed even though I paid and was still within my time. I entered a O instead of a 0 in my tag number and had to pay $457 to get my car back. That just isn’t right.
The lot is fine, the QR code worked fine, but the super annoying thing is there is no way to extend your parking pass using the website or by text. If you're having a good time and stay longer than you think, you're gonna have to walk back to the lot or just accept you're going to be ticketed.

I have been parking in this parking garage 5 years.Some people that work there are great.The lady that was there this morning is downright ignorant and rude.Maybe I came off a little bit upset.But when you're trying to get the work and they're too lazy to open the doors up.In the morning, there's only one entrance and they're playing on their phone, and I asked her if she could open the doors up, she's chasing after me screaming at me
