Almost got locked in because their whole system was down - the prepay kiosk was fully off, and the credit card readers at the exits were not accessible. Seems like they intended for the garage to be closed but for some reason there was no signage indicating this and the front gate let us in without issue - avoid unless you want to risk getting stuck.
Overall okay place to park but every few months there's a major problem - the garage door won't open, card reader won't work, or they'll randomly shut the system down blocking all access for a couple of days.
I would like to commend your organization for the polite, professional and compassionate employees I met on Tuesday Sept. 17th .I parked my car in your garage for an appointment in New Haven. When I returned to the garage I was unable to find my car. I wrote the level number on the ticket but after numerous attempts the vehicle still eluded me.
