They don’t do anything they advertise there are several cars parked in EV parking only which is for when you’re charging your EV vehicle and they never tow those cars, but God forbid you’re parked anywhere that is reserved. They will come tow your car within minutes. SMH it’s ridiculous that us EV vehicles can’t charge our cars because gas cars park in our charging spots.
They sold same parking pass to 2 individuals including me. Everytime getting in and out was trouble for me. They also put nails in the garage to flatten the tires of customers. I found flat tire of my new car. Worst experience with them, not safe. They did not send me the videos and car registration of the person using my pass.
Easy to get in and out of the garage, except for the State street construction. Pay kiosks are clearly visible. Hopefully, State street construction will be completed soon. The construction limits entry and exit points to and from the garage.
Absolutely do not waste your money on the Lazarus Parking Garage. I pay $125 a month to park here, and the experience has been nothing but frustrating. The elevator has been down for almost a week, and when I brought this up to management, they were rude and dismissive. Corbin, in particular, has been completely unhelpful and clearly does not care about the people who park here.
